Anxiety, Insomnia, and nicotine withdrawls?
Can anxiety and insomnia give you the state of looking at everything and thinks its a dream or illusion like? I quit smoking and ever since that happened i started to feel that. I've been clean for 2-3 weeks now and the nicotine withdrawels will last for a couple weeks...the most 2 months but is there anyway I can speed the process of this bad feeling...PLEASE HELP :O

sounds like depersonalization disorder, fortunately for most people it will pass in a little bit. but for people like me it will always haunt you.

First. CONGRATULATIONS.
When i quit 4 months ago I was away with the pixies for quite a few weeks so yeah it's very normal to feel surreal at times . Your mind and body are not only detoxing from the poisons but your brain is also adjusting to coping without the nicotine drug. I found that taking vitamins, drinking cranberry juice(asists detox) and gentle daily exercise really helped me get through that stage..Avoid alcohol and caffeine at all costs for the next 2 months ..You are doing fine since you got through the worste stage so relax and enjoy the clean living..and reward yourself with something you love.
